Workforce
Curry County is committed to enhancing the quality, diversity and stability of its workforce by providing information, opportunities and training for workers, job seekers and employers.
The Economic Development Department works with regional partners to ensure that our local workforce has the opportunity to advance their skills and knowledge through training and education. Grant funds are available for employers through the Employer Workforce Training Fund (EWTF).
We work closely with the local community college, employment department and business development centers to recruit and train quality employees.
